About the Client

Superhumans Center is a modern center for prosthetics, rehabilitation, and psychological support for military personnel and civilians affected by the war. The project has national and international significance and brings together the state, business, and donors.
The opening of the center in Dnipro became an important event attended by the First Lady, partners, government representatives, and media.
The main challenge was the high level of responsibility, the protocol format, and the need for flawless execution. Three days before the event, the location was changed to a shelter that was still being completed. The team gained access to the venue only one day before the event.
There were also security restrictions, uncertainty around the guest list until the last moment, and complex technical conditions.
The task was to deliver a state-level event that was precise, safe, technically stable, and ready for media coverage.

Goals

Ensure the event was delivered at a national and international level
Guarantee the highest possible level of safety
Deliver an event with no room for error
Ensure clear protocol and VIP coordination
Create a high-profile event for media coverage

Concept for the Superhumans Center Opening in Dnipro

The RUSH event team delivered more than an opening ceremony. It built a managed event system. Every zone, every technical point, and every process was assigned to responsible managers and technicians.
The team worked through a multi-level coordination system: radio communication, mobile channels, and synchronization through online tools. The key decision was moving the event into the shelter and fully adapting the production setup to the new conditions.
Due to the complex geometry of the space, signal interference, and the lack of standard communication options, the entire technical system was built on cable infrastructure. This ensured stable operation of all systems and precise event execution.

How It Was Executed

It was more than an opening. It proved that even in difficult conditions, it is possible to create spaces of strength, recovery, and new opportunities for life.

Preparation

Preparation took around two weeks. The script, protocol, logistics, and technical setup were developed.
Guests arrived through clearly defined routes with separate parking areas, entrances, and access levels. Registration was conducted under security control.
The main program included speeches by key speakers, moderated by the host. All speeches followed the protocol and timing.
The technical setup included a central screen and additional screens in different zones of the shelter. Radio communication was used at first, but due to security requirements, the team switched to a fully wired system.
The team laid cables and configured sound, video, and synchronization in a complex environment.
The event ended without failures and received media coverage.

Opening Day

Preparation for the event took place under increased security requirements and constant changes. One day before the event, the decision was made to move the event into the shelter, which required a rapid restructuring of all processes without losing the quality or concept of the event.
The team built the technical infrastructure from scratch in a space that was still being finalized. A large number of contractors, technical specialists, and organizers were synchronized in real time to ensure uninterrupted event delivery.
The event was held in compliance with all security service requirements. Thanks to the team's high level of responsibility, focus, and professionalism, it was possible to create a dignified atmosphere for the official opening of an important social project.

After the Opening Event

The event became an example of how a large-scale and meaningful project can be delivered even under difficult conditions, without compromising quality or safety.
The center opening received positive feedback from guests, partners, and organizers, confirming the high level of preparation and the team's ability to work effectively under high-responsibility conditions.
